Terms of Service

Effective date: January 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BankStatementAudit (the “Service”). The Service is operated by WalkTheLot.com, Inc., a Florida S-Corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

What the Service does (and does not do)

  • The Service performs mechanical verification and generates outputs such as Audit PDFs, CSV, and JSON.
  • The Service does not provide financial advice, legal advice, or an assurance opinion.
  • The Service is not a CPA audit and does not certify statements as accurate.
  • The Service may surface inconsistencies or anomalies, but it does not determine intent or conclude fraud.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of files you upload (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process User Content solely to provide and operate the Service (including generating outputs, storing files/outputs, troubleshooting, and security).

You represent that you have the right to upload and process the User Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the Service’s security.
  • Do not upload malware or content designed to exploit the platform.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary logic except as permitted by law.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise). Plan features and usage limits may vary by tier. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU DID NOT PAY US.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or unlawful access to the Service.

  • The arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions and class arbitration are not permitted.
  • The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules.
  • The arbitration will take place in Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent any dispute is permitted to proceed in court, you agree to venue in St. Johns County, Florida.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted, and the effective date will be updated. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
