Information we do not collect

No bank credentials. We do not ask for, store, or use banking usernames/passwords.
No “connect your bank” scraping. You upload PDFs; we do not connect to your financial institutions.
No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
No training on your documents. We do not use customer-uploaded statements to train public AI models.

How we use information

To provide the Service: parse statements, run mechanical verification checks, and generate outputs.
To maintain and improve reliability, security, and performance (including abuse prevention).
To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only as needed to operate the Service (for example, infrastructure providers that host or transmit data), and only under terms intended to protect confidentiality and security.
