  • To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only as needed to operate the Service (for example, infrastructure providers that host or transmit data), and only under terms intended to protect confidentiality and security. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

Data retention

We retain uploaded files and generated outputs for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, support normal operations, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may change as the Service evolves.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
